6yzz Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

This document forms a legal agreement between the 6yzz online gaming platform (referred to hereinafter as "6yzz", "we", or "platform") and its users (referred to hereinafter as "you" or "member"). By using the 6yzz website, app, or any of its services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in full.

These terms are consistent with applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to use our platform.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.3 Updating Information

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

6yzz provides services only to individuals aged 21 or above. We may request documents to verify your identity and age at any time. These may include:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Driving license.
• Utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited and will be considered a violation of the law.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following terms apply when depositing funds into 6yzz:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• You must only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party or using someone else's account are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

To withdraw winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be made.
• The relevant wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

If suspicious financial activity is identified, 6yzz reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending additional verification. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the relevant authorities will be notified.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x), meaning the total bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once.
• Both the bonus and the original deposit count toward meeting the wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• 6yzz reserves the right to change, cancel, or suspend any bonus offer.
• If a bonus is misused or an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, the account will be cancelled and all bonuses will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The 6yzz VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity and will receive increased cashback benefits. 6yzz reserves the right to change the benefits of each tier.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game or betting category has set minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the relevant game interface. 6yzz may change these limits at any time.

6.2 Technical Errors

If an abnormal win or loss occurs due to a technical error or software bug, 6yzz reserves the right to void that transaction. The result stored on the game provider's server will be considered final.

6.3 Network Interruption

6yzz will not be held responsible if your internet connection is lost during a game. Once the connection is restored, the game result will be determined according to the state saved on the server.

6.4 Cricket Betting

Betting on all cricket events, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments, is governed by the rules of our sports section. If a match is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to the applicable rules.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6yzz platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Improperly exploiting the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automation to influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other members to gain unfair advantages.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
• Registering an account with false information or obstructing the verification process.
• Threatening or harassing other members or staff.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds and bonuses. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Closure by 6yzz

6yzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in cases of breach of terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, or failure to provide verification documents.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

You may close your account at any time. To do so, contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all available balances before the account is closed, however any bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited.

8.3 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

9. Limitation of Liability

6yzz accepts no liability for:

• Losses caused by interruption to the user's internet connection.
• Issues related to third-party software or hardware.
• Unexpected technical disruptions or server downtime.
• Losses caused by the member's own negligence or error.
• Delays or failures by banking or mobile banking services.

6yzz is an entertainment platform. The platform will not be held responsible for financial losses arising from gaming activity. Gaming is always recommended to be done responsibly and within one's own means.
